Inspired by the residence’s stunning waterfront location and spacious outdoor living areas, the design seamlessly connects the indoors with the outdoors. A nature-inspired color palette, drawn from the surrounding water and landscapes, reinforces this connection and celebrates the exclusive waterfront lifestyle.

Natural materials like rustic woods, brick, stone, and concrete take center stage, creating a foundation for the home’s industrial style. These elements are layered thoughtfully to symbolize the connection between past, present, and future, each material telling its own story.
