Brickell Flatiron Bachelor Pad

This 1,107 sq. ft. condo in the Brickell Flatiron Building proves that small spaces can be worthy of both bold and stunning interior design. Different from a typical project, our client tasked us with creating a bachelor pad design concept that transformed his Miami vacation home into a sophisticated men’s lounge.

He envisioned a place where he could not only entertain his friends but also enjoy his leisure time in Miami. Additionally, our client wasn’t looking for the traditional space layout, but needed his lounge to be versatile, comfortable, and stylish.

We provided full interior design services for the common areas and bedroom. As a result, we transformed a plain Brickell Flatiron condo unit into a sleek, elegant, and inviting space with a contemporary, lounge-like feel.

We found inspiration in the bespoke suits our client favors for this bachelor pad design. First, our design team blended rich autumn hues such copper, coffee, navy and emerald with a range of gray shades that served as a neutral base. They then integrated textured patterns that are classic and timeless, creating exactly the vibe the client was looking for.

In addition to the menswear inspiration, we looked to the lighting and low-slung style of men’s lounges to establish the mood our client desired. When paired with smoky- and cloudy-glass light fixtures, the cool texture of brushed metal, deep grained wood, sleek leather, and striped panelling create the right vibe.
