Nestled within Miami’s One Paraiso Residences, both an elegant and contemporary building situated in Edgewater, lies an asian penthouse apartment that draws inspiration from the serenity of mother nature.

Our clients, a well-traveled retired couple, have called numerous places around the globe home. Now, seeking both tranquility and sophistication, they tasked our design team with crafting a modern, minimalist sanctuary coupled with subtle touches of Asian influence.

We completely transformed this One Paraiso penthouse in Edgewater with our full interior design services. In order to do this, our designers closely understood the couple’s needs and daily routines. In this case, our design team suggested floor plan adjustments to optimize every important area for the couple.

Additionally, we collaborated with CH Construcción to seamlessly integrate new materials, redesign ceilings, and add functional elements throughout the entire penthouse.

Our goal was to create the Asian-inspired retirement home that feels like the retreat our clients dreamed of. With this in mind, we feature a beautiful, organized, and artistic aesthetic throughout the home. This was achieved by intentionally placing materials in ways that create rhythm, contrast, emphasis, textures, and more, altogether enhancing the overall look. As a result, effortlessly impactful focal points were crafted.

We combined natural textures together with earth tones. In addition, our team added stark black materials to create not only interest but also intrigue in this Asian penthouse design project.
