To begin with, welcome to the Sophisticated Armani Casa Condo, a stunning 2,224-square-foot residence designed by DKOR Interiors for a young Canadian couple seeking a serene, stylish escape. Located within the prestigious Armani Residences building in Sunny Isles Beach, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a serene coastal retreat. It’s a modern ode to the treasures of the sea, infused with refined elegance and thoughtfully tailored contemporary design.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a soft, neutral palette featuring shades of beige, gray, and white. As a result, this subtle color scheme sets a calming, luxurious tone throughout the home. Thoughtfully layered textures and curated finishes, including textured walls and reflective surfaces, create a visual dialogue between modern sophistication and seaside inspiration.

We took on the full interior design of this condo, collaborating closely with CH Construction to transform its uniquely shaped floor plan into a cohesive and well-balanced layout. This non-standard configuration challenged our design team’s creativity, pushing us to find the perfect spatial distribution that feels connected while giving each area its own identity.

One of the standout features is the great room wall, finished in a textured, mosaic-like treatment that adds not only depth but also movement without overwhelming the space. Additionally, gold and black accents punctuate the interior with touches of drama and contrast, elegantly complementing the muted coastal tones.

Every design choice, furniture, materials, lighting, and accessories—was made with intention, creating a tranquil yet elevated retreat that mirrors the ocean view just outside its floor-to-ceiling windows.
