Oasis Náutico: A Fort Lauderdale Waterfront Home in Ocean Drive Venezuela

Nuestra Fort Lauderdale waterfront home is featured in the June–July 2026 issue of Ocean Drive Venezuela as “Oasis Náutico,” a story by Myriam León Trocóniz with photography by Alexia Fodere. The 12,300-square-foot residence is one of our clearest examples of modern interior design in Fort Lauderdale, with interiors designed so the house and the water feel like one place

Years in the making

We started sharing this new construction back in 2016, while it was still taking shape, and followed it through the build alongside STRANG Architecture y Bomar Builders. Seeing it now in the pages of an international magazine is a reminder of why we love high end interior design projects that grow with a family 20 years ago.

What Caught the Magazine’s Eye

Ocean Drive highlights the main living room, where tall windows frame the water and a floating wood console adds warmth, along with a dining room set under four amber glass pendants and a terrace where white stone walls and a wood ceiling echo the pool and the water beyond. The magazine also notes that the home received an honorable mention in the Ceramics of Italy Tile Competition 2025 for its use of Emilceramica’s Millelegni collection, a competition that has recognized our work before.

Furthermore, achieving this level of luxury requires careful planning. Therefore, every detail matters in high end interior design. As a result, the final space feels both stunning and effortless.
