To be featured among top design professionals in this luxury residential design publication encourages us to continue delivering innovative residential interiors.
The summer issue of both Palm Beach Luxe and Miami Luxe 2016 Magazines showcased Fort Lauderdale’s sophisticated beach vacation home DKOR named as our “Contemporary Waterfront Elegance” project.
The article titled “Boat House”, by architecture journalist Brian Libby describes DKOR’s design process through the two year high-end residential project. The design team, working together with Bomar Builders and architect, Carlos A. Martin achieved gorgeous home interiors with elegant modern details. The article is illustrated with stunning interior photographs taken by our professional photographer Alexia Fodere.
Our international clients wanted to achieve a beach vacation style for their Fort Lauderdale home nestled into the Harbor Beach intracoastal waterfront. The color palette and design features emphasized the comfort level and beach style the clients were looking for. The luxury residential design team sought out home décor and furnishings that give every space the feeling of a sophisticated luxury resort.
“They didn’t want a stark modern, all-white look”, explains Ronderos. “We wanted it to be unique, but to have that crossover, to be contemporary but timeless.”
The luxury residences’ interior details give the sense of motion or floating in mid-air. DKOR’s design team developed casual but elegant spaces that flow easily into one another; always taking advantage of the property’s breathing waterfront views.
