South Beach Miami Condo Design

Time for an upgrade! In collaboration with Bomar Builders, we recently set out to redesign this 3,389 square foot South Beach Miami Condo. Our client realized it was time to shake things up by infusing his Miami Beach condo with a bit more of his personality. To really make his Condo feel like a home, our designers added color, art, and light to suit his style and tastes. We came up with a concept revolving around film photography, with each stage in the process of developing film corresponding to design elements. For example, the usage of positive and negative space along with unique lighting choices represents the exposure of film. There are intense contrasts and unexpected colors that emerge throughout the space as would the final images on a film strip.
