We worked to bring to life the unique luxury residential development project, Serena by the Sea, in collaboration with the real estate development group Valor Capital and the acclaimed architecture firm Gomez Vazquez International.
Serena by the Sea is a one-of-a-kind, 7-story residential development that redefines sophisticated waterfront living on Clearwater, FL’s western coast, featuring 80 luxury residences with open-plan layouts and breathtaking views.
Our team was responsible for designing the amenities in this new luxury bayfront condominium project in Florida, including the lobby, social room, spa, mail room, and gym. We also designed the residential corridors, common area bathrooms, and assisted with the interior details of each unit.
