Last weeks DKOR Living blog featured our team’s inspirational tour of the Palm Beach Area where we explored the Palm Beach community of this new residential project.

While driving through the community we fell in love with the architectural style of each Palm Beach super luxury home we passed by. The Palm Beach style of the homes is what attracts home buyers and visitors to the luxury neighborhoods. It is evident that a unique and impressive architecture along with landscape design are just as important as the homes inviting interiors. Our new residential project is no exception.

The sophisticated new construction project is located on the east Palm Beach intracoastal at 520 Island Drive. To accentuate the homes location and its incredible waterfront views on both the front and back side landscape architects, Lang Design Group are working on a remarkable landscape design. The outdoors spaces of the new construction home include exotic foliage like Alexander Palms, Brodie Juniper, Maypan Coconut Palms and Magnolias.

Meanwhile, at the DKOR Studio our Palm Beach design team is about to reveal the mystery concept that will highlight the luxurious interiors and create a seamless blend between the exterior and interior spaces.

This project was the vision of the Grupo Inmobiliario Schottenstein, who is developing a Palm Beach luxury home that will feature outdoor living spaces and an exclusive design, unique to the Palm Beach area. The DKOR Interiors Palm Beach design team is embracing the Palm beach style with a modern touch to differentiate the expansive property from the typical Palm Beach style.
