We have the honor of helping many clients (Not only local but also international) design their new Florida dream homes. Today, we’re excited to share with you some of our recent condo projects. All of these were designed for clients with different backgrounds and personalities. The design inspiration of this project was the agoras of ancient Greece. With this in mind, our designers created a fresh, welcoming design for this 3,500-square-foot condo. Featuring sleek and timeless elements, this Fort Lauderdale, Florida penthouse is now a seaside dream.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Clean marble and white cabinets are complemented by light, warm wood that has a nautical feel also. Throughout the condo, we prioritized the creation of cozy gathering places. For example, this kitchen seating area is a fun place for our clients to relax and chat.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

In a setting as beautiful as Miami, it\u2019s hard not to take inspiration from the outdoors. For example, for this condo, we used Asian influences and the inspiration of land-art to create truly mesmerizing interiors.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Located in Miami\u2019s One Paraiso Residences, this penthouse design<\/a> harmonizes with the views of both the sea and skyline outside. In addition, elevated earth tones provide a chic foundation for the design, which includes natural textures, thoughtful contrasts, and artistic details. Next, we have this 4,485-square-foot luxury condo in Turnberry Sunny Isles where we were in charge of the complete interior design. Above all, inspired by the natural treasures on the sea, it is a dreamy space for our clients to call home.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

In this condo design, we frequently played with scale to create a sense of expansiveness. For example, in the master bedroom, we incorporated a large, but low-slung bed, floor-to-ceiling draperies, and a statement headboard wall.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at this modern, elegant bachelor pad. We transformed this 1,107 sq. ft. Brickell condo into a lounge-like space for both relaxing and entertaining.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

The main common area features comfortable seating as well as a petite dining table. Considering our client’s love for custom-tailored suits, our goal was to create a modern and luxurious atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
