The 4,485-square-foot condo originally featured a large great room, which we have expertly divided using a custom sliding room divider to create a more intimate dining room and kitchen. Like the rest of the condo, the dining room interior design is inspired by the kaleidoscope of colors and patterns found in the vibrant undersea world.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Combining modern style, functionality and personalized touches, the dining room is a reflection of the owners\u2019 tastes. The walls, furniture, and stonework feature light, earthy neutrals, leaving the bold artwork to stand out with its eye-catching palette.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Our custom room divider does exactly what it was intended for, transforming one room into two while blending seamlessly with the rest of our design. The divider can stay closed while dining, or it can be easily opened when the family hosts larger gatherings. The light greige color of the divider complements the rest of the room’s neutral color scheme.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

For storage solutions, we wanted to add some practical and beautiful furniture that could hold our clients\u2019 belongings. Our intent was to use a custom dining buffet featuring sleek lines and ample storage.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Here, you\u2019ll see the finished dining room, which features a large central dining table and chairs. As in the rest of the home, there is a clear juxtaposition between the elegance and groundedness of the neutral walls and furniture and the boldness of the artwork. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

The stone dining table adds texture and an earthy quality to the room while the glass Giopatto chandelier adds drama and additional light to the space.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

The dining room’s discreet wooden door to the master bedroom is a thoughtful and practical design element worth highlighting. The door allows for easy access to the master bedroom while maintaining privacy. The orange\/red handle is a statement-maker that echoes the bright colors of the painting.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Take in the full view of this modern dining room! You\u2019ll see how every element works together to create a harmonious and inviting space. The room divider is hardly noticeable as the bold accent pieces draw the eye. While the room is now smaller than it originally was, it can still accommodate eight or more people. The space is perfect for an enjoyable at-home dining experience.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

With the room divider open, you can see all the way into the kitchen. The two adjoining rooms have been designed to coordinate with similar colors, textures, and clean lines. Incredibly, the wall divider seems to have completely disappeared!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
