What an exciting week it has been in the interior design world! \u00a0Some of our DKOR interior designers are away in Milan at the international event, Salone del Mobile<\/a>. Meanwhile, a few other team members are heading up to attend another highly anticipated design event, Coverings 2017.<\/p>\n

This year\u00a0the largest tile and natural stone exhibition in North America\u00a0has returned to Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center from April 4-7.\u00a0<\/em>As a top interior design firm, we work hard to keep our clients informed about all the tile and stone choices\u00a0for their residential projects. \u00a0We try to always stay up-to-date on the newest product innovations and emerging trends in the design industry.<\/p>\n

The Coverings show is an excellent educational venue for our interior designers and a great opportunity to connect with tile and stone professionals. The four day event includes live installation demonstrations, tours, and over 70 free educational seminars. \u00a0The most exciting part of the event is their Coverings Installation & Design Awards since it is where the best design professionals in our industry are recognized. \u00a0Specifically focusing on design professionals and their achievements in the design and installation of tile and stone in both residential and commercial projects. Guess what? DKOR Interiors’ \u201cContemporary Twilight<\/a>\u201d project won the award in the category of Residential Tile!<\/strong> (We\u2019ll be sharing more about the CID award on an upcoming post)<\/em><\/p>\n
