We’re currently designing a 5,000 sq. ft. nueva construcción residence in Miami for a vibrant young family of three, in collaboration with Blanco Design Build. This home is envisioned as their forever residence, a space that feels not only fresh but also artistic and full of life.

The design concept celebrates artistry and color, specifically drawing from a palette of oceanic blues, lush greens, and warm coral tones that reflect the vibrant spirit of Miami and its natural beauty. Each room presents a unique vignette, moreover, blending bold design choices with highly customized details.

Every area of the home has something special. In particular, the kitchen stands out with custom green cabinets, distinctive hardware, and creative built-in features. The powder room is a true statement piece, wrapped in bold tropical wallpaper with both a beautiful stone vanity and playful details. As can be seen, every space tells its own story. Also, throughout the home, thoughtful carpentry and custom millwork add texture and depth, giving each corner a unique personality.

This home is a bold expression of new beginnings. For that reason, the residence’s interiors are tailored to a family ready to grow in a space as creative and colorful as their life in Miami.
