Diseño interior 101: The Concept
After the initial client meeting where goals and objectives are agreed up and discussed, the first step in the interiorismo process is concept development. This is the probably described as the funnest part of the job because the designers really get to flex their creative muscles. This is where the DKOR team shines – through innovative ideas and visionary dispositions brilliant and beautiful interiorismo is born.
Before we reveal to you the “after” photos of this recently completed project, please take a look at the concept presentation below. It is important to understand the inspiration, theory and design intent that goes into producing such seamless final products.
Inspired by Scandinavian modern design, we were sure to incorporate geometrical shapes, sleek lines and stark contrast. The color palette is a dark base with bright accents to encourage comfortability and also fulfill the design intent of contrast. This space is a health center located in Aventura, FL so it was very important to the clients that customers immediately felt soothed and reassured in a professional and welcoming setting.
