Diseño transicional en Miami

Located in Aventura, Florida, this transitional design project was a labor of love, designed for a South American family who wanted glamour and sophistication in their home. Our design team created a transitional design concept inspired by the diamond’s timeless yet opulent characteristics. It sparkles and shines; its facets are beautifully geometric; it never goes out of style. Transitional design is exemplified by a combining of modern and traditional: streamlined furniture upholstered with velvet, contemporary glass-topped tables paired with crystal chandeliers. To pull everything together, the design team relied on their color palette of blue-grays, pops of salmon, and taupe hues.

The DKOR Interiors team provided design development and interior design services. To bring our diamond-inspired concept to life, we chose finishes and materials along with furniture, accessories, and lighting elements.

A home inspired by the diamond could become too rich and opulent, without room for the casual gatherings that are necessary in everyday life. Our goal in this transitional design was to bring the sparkle and timelessness of a diamond to a family home.
