This particular luxury oceanfront home began as a 12,000-square-foot spec home project in Hillsboro Beach, Florida, designed in collaboration with Constructores Bomar. After the property was sold, the new owner reached out to us to make it their own. Having already designed the home from the ground up, our team was perfectly positioned to tailor the interiors, furnishings, and finishing touches, enhancing what was already a beautifully designed space and shaping it to reflect the new homeowner’s vision.

The challenge? Transforming a beautifully designed spec home into a space that truly felt like their home. The homeowners loved the property, but it still needed that personal touch to reflect their lifestyle and personality.

SALÓN

Next to the kitchen is a more casual living space for the family. Filled with soft textures, it is designed to be more intimate than the main living room. Plush pillows, candles, and a soft rug make this the perfect place to unwind.

MEDIA ROOM

Each area is tailored to different activities, allowing the space to shift seamlessly depending on the task or mood.

Connected to the pool, the office is bathed in natural light, with inspiring views that make work feel effortless. A natural stone wall with a built-in fireplace anchors one side, while the sparkling pool outside serves as a motivating and relaxing backdrop on the other. Even while working, our clients can feel the sense of being on vacation in this room.
