So I want you to take a good look at these existing photos of the “BEFORE” of this Miami home because once we’re finished with it, it’ll be a completely different animal!

Many Miami luxury residential developments where built in the early 1990’s and had a Mediterranean feel. Diseñadores de interiores de Miami have come a long way and these homes are now being replaced more and more by contemporary clean lines and bright whites. Many prospective home owners are purchasing their next home based on the location and the size of the home and lot. If you’re planning to live there for the next 5-10 years, your more likely to be willing to work with your Miami interior designers and design your perfect idea of home.

In this project, we’re taking this typical South Floridian Mediterranean Revival home in Aventura, FL and transforming it into a beautiful Miami Modern Home. The home before was beautiful however it was ready for a little sprucing up.

Front facade of home
Entry foyer where we are proposing the wood paneling and veneering the door in a macassar ebony
This is the main living area of the house where we are wrapping wood on the ceiling and then down along the wall (shown with the yellow art piece in the photo).
This room will be transformed into a loungy family room that incorporates a bar and a card table
We are extending the dining room until the columns beyond and are building up a wooden deck to accentuate the area from the rest of the space.
View of Living Area
We’ll have an amazing landscape architect on board to recreate their backyard
The kitchen has been gutted and we are installing a brand new head – to – toe Italian kitchen and the space you see in the background will become a breakfast room
This awkward space will become a home office enclosed with sliding frosted glass doors
We’re tearing out the stairs and bringing in a seamless design with individual risers supported by the adjacent walls
We’re removing the existing half wall on the left (that looks down into the living space) and bringing in a clear star-fired glass to replace it. The opposite wall will be covered in long rectangular pieces of a gorgeous stone.
Dormitorio principal
In this master bathroom we will bring new stone floors and tiles on all the walls, rain showerheads in the shower and new custom vanities
