Palm Beach Design Plan: A Glamorous Modern Kitchen

Let’s continue exploring more about our Palm Beach design plan! The design intent of the kitchen in our spec project in Palm Beach, Florida, is meant to wow—and it really hits the mark. Just like the other luxury interiors we’ve shared with you.

One look at this modern kitchen and you’ll be swooning. From the jaw-dropping trio of pendants to the floor-to-ceiling marble to the unique green jasper island, this space is full of custom (and totally amazing) details.

Palm Beach Design Plan – Kitchen

Let’s start at the top. The ceiling flips the script on the typical ceiling and floor coverings, as it is lined with engineered wood. A grouping of organic orb-shaped brass pendant lights hangs over the island. Can you see how they contrast the polished marble in all of their perfect imperfection?

To ensure the statuario marble-clad island stands out from the marble wall behind it, we inlaid semi-precious green jasper with gold hints into the front. The deep green-blue hue automatically draws the eye in. The gold flecks mirror the brass pendants and add a hint of sparkle. To highlight the bold design choice, we even added under-counter lighting to the island—there’s no missing this design element.

The white satin finished cabinets and lightly textured wall covering blend into the background. These, hide magical storage every home chef or novice cook dreams of. Adjustable shelves and pull-out drawers mean anything and everything can fit, from bottles of sparkling water to containers full of baking necessities.
