Miami Beach Condo Tour: Sophisticated and Serene Living

There is no better vacation spot for a family residing in the UK than the sunny shores of Miami. When London clients approached us to create their dream vacation home, we were happy to take on their Miami Beach condo project.

Located in the luxury 57 Ocean Miami Beach building, the 2,905-square-foot beachfront condo has breathtaking views. However, the design theme is a completely original concept. Since we were merging the ideas of both clients, our team envisioned the theme of a ‘vanishing point,’ where details converge in harmony.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR A MIAMI BEACH CONDO

Beginning with a blank canvas, our team delivered comprehensive interior design services for this Miami beach condo, backed by the efforts of our administrative team.

We developed the design, which features a kitchen extension with a bar. In addition, the master bathroom and powder room underwent complete renovations, which were completed in collaboration with CH Construction.

We guided our clients throughout the entire design process, from start to finish. Working with overseas clients, it’s essential that they feel confident in our team’s ability to complete the project while they are not physically here. As a result, it was a process marked by peace of mind and smooth flow, thanks to our amazing team.

THE FINAL LOOK OF A SERENE MIAMI CONDO

The final result is a Miami Beach condo with clean lines, circular forms, glass accents, together with a soft taupe color palette. These elements combine to create calming spaces that maximize the scenic views.

Warm lighting, organic textures, and ergonomic furnishings add to the inviting atmosphere of this beachfront condo. Let’s take a look at this beautiful Miami beach condo together!

Miami Beach Condo’s Common Areas

It’s hard to believe that this was once a white room! Our team transformed the space into an inviting living area, complete with plush carpeting, oversized seating, and a wall-mounted television. Of special note is the built-in, elongated fireplace beneath the television. While fireplaces are not common in Miami, this luxurious feature was requested by our London clients.

Framing the ocean views, the impressive floor-to-ceiling windows set the backdrop for this design. To complement the blue of the sea, we added sofa cushions in a deep navy blue. As a result, these cushions add a subtle splash of color without detracting from the ocean’s beauty.

We love creating versatile spaces, particularly in condos where it’s common for a single room to serve multiple functions. In the central room of this Miami Beach condo, we fitted the pre-existing marble island with bar stools. This makes for an ideal social setup before meals.

In order to provide plenty of available space to move around the room comfortably, the dining table accommodates six people. Take note of the rich layering of warm tones and the use of natural stone throughout. While nothing exactly matches, it is all coordinated. There is a subtle sense of balance throughout this beachfront condo.

KITCHEN

Notice the beautiful symmetry in the kitchen area of this Miami beach condo. The three chairs on each side of the table are mirrored by a trio of hanging pendant lights above. The color palette shifts naturally from light cream to black, creating both a minimalist and style-forward aesthetic. Nothing is jarring, everything flows.

Our design team incorporated grid patterns throughout the home, creating a sense of order while adding hidden storage. From this view, you can appreciate the built-in cabinets. Their sleek appearance is due partly to the intentional lack of knobs. The straight lines throughout the space are pleasing to the eye.

MASTER BEDROOM

Continuing with the taupe palette, the master bedroom is a sanctuary of calm. This room features recurring shapes, such as the circular bedside pendant lights and the round end table.

Additionally, organic textures play a key role in this space, with standout wooden wall treatments. The room is bathed in light from the windows, enhanced by the white walls. Overall, it feels light and airy, which is exactly what our clients were hoping for.

MASTER BATHROOM

Next, step into the entirely revamped master bathroom. As can be seen, our designers made the most of this long, slender room. With this in mind, we opted for clear glass panels in the shower area, contributing to a more open space. This redesign also demonstrates that it is possible to accommodate a freestanding bathtub in a compact area.

GUEST BEDROOM

How stylish is this guest bedroom? We’ve incorporated two beds together with distinctive textural accents that give the room a modern, fresh look. Also, the knotted macrame artwork adds visual interest above the beds. The artwork, sconce, and stripes on the bed linens and headboard nod to the nautical.

OUTDOORS

Last, but certainly not least is this stunning terrace. No Miami residence is complete without a beautiful outdoor area. Not only the weather but also the views are too good not to have one!

Here, we included some of the same motifs as inside, including a round table, off-white upholstery, and a textile rug. Additionally, the plants and lanterns add a refreshing pop of vitality, texture, and color.
