The Bath Club Condo Curated Serenity

Our Miami interior designers are currently working on a renovation at The Bath Club condo in Miami Beach, Florida, in collaboration with 518 Construction.

After relocating from New York City to Miami, our clients were looking for a home that matched their new, more relaxed lifestyle. Eventually, they found a condo in The Bath Club with the perfect location. However, its design didn’t reflect their vision. Therefore, our goal was to transform the space into something that felt calm, refined, and deeply connected to its coastal setting.

The design was inspired by the calm, open feeling of being near the water. For that reason, we created a relaxed, natural atmosphere throughout the 3,988 sq. ft. Bath Club condo.  One of the main features is the custom “Waves” wall design, a soft, flowing detail that runs through the main living areas and connects each space with a sense of movement and harmony.

We used a monochromatic color palette to keep the mood serene, while incorporating a variety of textures and patterns such as plaster, wallcoverings, and metal accents to bring depth and interest to each room. Additionally, stone surfaces in the kitchen and dining area add contrast and movement, echoing the natural flow of water.

To bring warmth and personality to the neutral tones, we added touches of muted mauve, soft blues, and hints of coral, colors that feel fresh but grounded. The result is a home that feels effortless, elegant, and in tune with both the clients’ lifestyle and the coastal surroundings of the Bath Club condo.
