Boca Raton Office Building Design

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The DKOR commercial design team embarked on an exciting renovation project to provide a refreshing update to the office building at 1515 Boca, aiming to create an inspiring workspace that supports both teamwork and relaxation.

The goal of our commercial designer for this renovation was to add value to the rentable office spaces by introducing amenities that tenants can truly use and enjoy. It involved creating a sense of expanded square footage, allowing tenants to benefit from more space than they initially anticipated.

These amenities include collaborative areas, such as the various lobbies at the building’s entrance, thoughtfully designed common areas with practical seating, and desk spaces that serve as additional work zones outside of individual offices. Additional features include a dining area adjacent to the building’s restaurant, an open lounge, and a phone booth area in the building’s open basement level—ideal for both collaborative and solo work.

The result is a modern office building with thoughtful, flexible layouts and a cohesive, inviting design. The vibrant material selections, strategic seating arrangements, comfortable furniture, and natural elements add warmth, creating a welcoming environment that tenants will want to use.

Transforming underused and uninviting common areas, our Florida commercial interior designers converted 1515 Boca into a functional, lifestyle-oriented workspace that promotes a balanced work environment.
